  Chili Peppers 

It is said that hotter the climate the hotter chilies will be. The level of heat (capsaicin, an oil) is measured in Scoville unites on a scale from zero to a fiery 50,000.  Nonscientists however, uses a scale of 0 to 10.  There are many varieties of chilies.
